In response to your inquiry Armor Investigative Services can serve your family law case in San Bernardino or Riverside Counties for a flat fee of:

  1. ROUTINE Service– $65 per defendant – per address, which includes 5 attempts for routine service and will be attempted within 3 days.
  2. RUSH Service – $115 per defendant – per address for service required or requested to be attempted same day or on the next day.
  3. STAKEOUT service if requested is: $200 for an initial minimum two-hour period and $65 per hour thereafter.

Fees listed above are for most legal documents except Unlawful Detainers-Evictions, bank levies, wage garnishments & Restraining Orders which require a higher fee. Please indicate actual service documents for specific service fee.

Prepayment for service fees is required, see below for payment options.

  • The Notary fee in California has increased to $15 per signature as of January 01, 2017. This fee will be added to the service fee if a Notarized return of service is required or requested.

Diligent attempts are made on according to any information that you may have on the defendant or respondent such as; Physical description including age, roommates or relatives, any possible vehicles they drive, any career or employment hours.., etc. We can also attempt service at a specified time and place if agreed upon with the other party.

Normal service time of documents is 2-3 days for routine service or if RUSH service is requested, the first attempt will be made same day or next day as requested. An original Proof of Service will be promptly provided after service is completed.

NOTE: (service times refer to first attempt made for service, since many factors are at issue when serving legal documents actual service on the defendant may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances including, no answer at door, defendant not in or at home, unusual hours, person is traveling or out of town…, etc).

Service fees are accessed on each address attempted & each defendant.

When requesting service we will need a complete set of service documents for each person or party to be served along with prepayment in the form of:

Check – Payable to: Armor Investigative Service (We can accept checks by mail by first sending a copy by email of the front of the check then place the original check in the mail to our office address listed below)

“Pay Pal” –  Send Pay Pal payment to: info@armorinvestigations.com. Simply go to the payments tab and select your preferred service amount. You can pay without having an active Pay Pal account by selecting the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” as a guess.

Due to many unforeseen factors including defendants outright avoiding service, Completed Process service can never be absolutely guaranteed and there is NO REFUND IF THE PARTY IS NOT SERVED. We can only guarantee that we will attempt service within the time frames as requested.
